Breaking these terms will result in immediate suspension of your licensing agreement with Maple Dot Designs, and loss of access to the site.

    Do NOT copy, alter, redistribute, or resell these designs. These files are for your own personal or small business use on physical product ONLY. Purchasing these files indicates that you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

    Maple Dot Designs holds the copyrights to the Graphic Design in this listing. We do allow UNLIMITED SMALL BUSINESS USE without attribution as long as you are making a PHYSICAL END PRODUCT to sell. A Physical End product includes things like shirts, bags, garden flags, mouse pads, license plates, mugs, tumblers, etc. If you have any question as to what other item may be considered a Physical End Product feel free to send us a message. Stickers, prints, transfers of any kind ARE NOT considered a Physical End Product, and require an extended license. 

    You MAY NOT use ANY of our designs to make any sort of Digital Product with the intent to resell digitally. 

    You MAY NOT sell Sublimation Transfers/Waterslide Decals or similar printed products with this Digital File unless you purchase an extended license. Our extended license for selling Sublimation Transfers/Waterslide decals or similar printed products is listed in the shop (see print licenses), and covers all digital designs in the shop.

    These graphic designs MAY NOT be used on any Print-On-Demand websites. NO EXCEPTIONS.
